Hotel Al Bosco

Very good service. Beautiful panorama over the coast and Capri island. Caution! Only 2 rooms with good panorama, book them before coming. Other rooms good, but no view. Excellent pool. It is hotel pool, but about 25 meters from the main building, so don't forget about it. Perfect terrace ob the roof. Not so good breakfast. Shuttle to the beach very early in the morning. Some good restaurants near. Panca (very nice small town) and bus station nearby.

Courteous and pleasant staff. The strong point is the swimming pool, very relaxing and surrounded by greenery. Good food. A downside is the separate cost of air conditioning (which we were aware of). It was useful to use the shuttle service to reach the beautiful Citara beach. The location is a little out of the way, but all in all reachable without problems by public transport

We booked with Smartbox. The location of the hotel is certainly not the most convenient: it is located in a very isolated position so you can enjoy total quiet but alas if you want to go to the Ischia port areas or to some of the beaches you have to rely on the buses which are always packed and never in time. The room was quite cozy but alas we had ants as companions; although the cleaning lady provided an insecticide, the problem was not resolved. Dinner is a minus. Tremendous. Tasteless is the right definition. The swimming pool is not located inside the structure but not far away. Our smartbox package included a welcome drink, but we never received it. Unfortunately the location made our holiday less relaxing, too uncomfortable and if you stay there in the evening there is really nothing, a small desolate hamlet. Ideal place for retirees. The only plus point is the cleaning lady who is always kind and friendly.

For those who want tranquility and freshness it is the ideal place but also availability and friendliness starting from Michele the owner but also all his staff! Starting from there you can reach almost everywhere on foot or by bus. Sorgeto can be reached on foot if you like to do a bit of motorcycling, otherwise Michele's shuttle will take you there but it's a unique place!

It is a modest hotel, far from the noise of the city, with a swimming pool within walking distance, ideal for those in need of real relaxation. The rooms, despite being simple, are perfect for staying in, the service of the staff is friendly and prepared, the cuisine is good. The only drawback is the lack of a drying rack in the room to hang your swimsuit or other things, but otherwise I recommend and vote positively for this structure. Satisfied.

Booked with the Smartbox package, so if you have decided to join the circuit you don't say: "yes, but those who booked with us these services are included!". It is possible that the AC in the room must be paid separately; like the small minibar in the room, which is paradoxical; like the shuttle, given the beautiful location but certainly not easily reachable. Then at dinner, (included) you don't make me pay for the water, of course if someone takes drinks and/or wine they have to be paid separately, but the water??? Then we want to talk about the shower cubicle that leaks water so that you flood after the shower, or the mixer knob that falls. In short, this lack of attention to the customer even if this comes from a Smartbox booking!!!!
